ROLE PLAY
Gods' Mountains Towards the farthest edge of Peponi there are tall, monstrous mountains. Most of these mountains are too high and steep for any antelope to climb, but a few have (and fewer have come back alive). The sheer rock face can be seen for miles, and many antelope believe that if there are gods, they must live on the tops of these mountains.

Northern Thickets (1 sub-board) At the base of Gods' Mountains, there is an area of wooded, dry land. There aren't many trees but there are plenty of thorny bushes. All the bushes are very tall and thick, it would be terrible if an antelope was to get their horns tangled... Because then, how would they get away from the wild dogs that live here?

Great River (1 sub-board) Rushing alongside the Northern Thickets, the Endless Savanna, and the Rolling Grasslands, the Great River is the largest of the two rivers of Peponi. The waters are deep even in the dry season, so during the wet season the amount of water here is almost startling. It's a wonderful water source, but crocodiles do live here, so make sure to watch your back.

Lonely Forest To the far West, the Lonely Forest is thick, dark, and dangerous. The trees are huge and block any light from reaching the ground. It's a permanently, moonless, starless night here, and very few antelope stray here without a good reason. Because of the lack of light, though, it is normally very cool, so occasionally during the dry season a few antelope might linger on the edges.

Endless Savanna (2 sub-boards) The savanna of Peponi does seem endless--it takes up more space than any other territory. The grass is tall and golden, and it truly is a beautiful place. Dotted with tall and thin trees, the Endless Savanna offers little shade or relief from the unbearable heat, however. And the heat isn't the only danger... There are a few prides of lions who are always hungry and a cheetah families who run like the wind.

Defeated Desert (1 sub-board) A small portion of Peponi is real desert. There are miles of sand dunes and very little vegetation. This land is unable to sustain much life at all, but that means that there are fewer predators. There is very little water, even during the wet season, when all the moisture is sucked down into the ground.

Rolling Grasslands (1 sub-board) Closest to the sea, the Rolling Grasslands are just that. The land gently rises and falls, and is covered in swaying, pale green grass. There are clusters of tall, richly green trees and bushes. The only downside is the lack of any real shelter for miles.
